This report, commissioned by the National Center for Media Engagement and conducted by LFA Group, highlights the results of an environmental scan “designed to identify and understand tools available to help public media organizations measure the impact, and demonstrate the value, of their work.” Findings revealed that public media is lacking standardized impact measurement models and that a one-size-fits-all framework for impact measurement is unrealistic.
