Before joining Media Impact Funders, Courtney was the Director of Development at the Food & Environment Reporting Network (FERN), a nonprofit news organization. She has worked in nonprofit membership and development for her entire career, including stints at Longwood Gardens and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Courtney holds a B.A. in History from Drexel University.
